A  modern special events venue and oyster saloon by Chef and James Beard Award-winner Jose Garces, in Philadelphia. Situated in the former Bookbinder's space at 125 Walnut Avenue, an iconic landmarked building that once housed the city's oldest seafood restaurant, the 4,650-square-foot eatery gives a nod to the past, with a seafood and cocktail house based on the original concept, yet offers a fresh interpretation. The newly-launched Olde Bar restaurant includes two event rooms centered around the storied main bar and dining room.
